To download the settings files from DZMx units, follow the instructions below:


Via USB:

  • Connect an empty USB stick to your unit.
  • On The DZMx press the menu key.  And navigate down to Diagnostics menu.
  • In the Diagnostics menu navigate down to Export Log files.

 

Or via Ethernet:

  • Connect to the DZMx via Ethernet from a computer/laptop
  • Open a web browser and in the address bar type dzmx.local or 192.168.4.1 (Please ensure you are disconnected from any other WiFi networks)
  • This will open the DZMx Connect app
  • Click on Discover, and then the icon of your DZMx

Or via WiFi:

  • Search for and connect to the DZMx WiFi which is named "DZMx Wi-Fi" and the password "flightcell"
  • Open a web browser and in the address bar type 192.168.2.1 (please note this address is different from the ethernet address)
  • This will open the DZMx Connect app
  • Click on Discover, and then the icon of your DZMx

  • Press login and set the "Authenticate as" to Installer and the pin as "2468"

  • On the left-hand side menu, go to the “About” page

  • In the top right corner click on the icon with 3 bars of various sizes.


  • Click on "Device Logs" and then "Download All"

  • Please email these logs to tech@flightcell.com
  • Ensure you include the DZMx serial number and firmware version. These are all shown on the "About" menu




    Please send the log and settings files to tech@flightcell.com along with the firmware and serial numbers of your DZMx.
